Titania mirror

This is the public, read-only file area for Titania.

Current contents include pinned source snapshots of archived software projects,
portable Git history bundles, Debian installation media, IANA time-zone data,
and their associated checksum/signature metadata.

Directory layout:
  releases/   Pinned source snapshots and accompanying verification files.
  images/     Installation and recovery images.
  tools/      Standalone utilities and supporting downloads.
  checksums/  Mirror-level integrity and checksum information.
  archive/    Preserved history, refs and infrastructure metadata snapshots.

SHA256SUMS in this directory covers the mirror's text notes. Individual
artifacts use checksums or detached signatures stored alongside those files.
Where upstream verification material is available, it is retained unchanged.

Public access is read-only. Retention does not imply ongoing maintenance or
support for archived software.
